In July 2019, our Provimi Vietnam team held a seminar ‘Surviving ASF’ in Ho Chi Minh to engage feed mill customers.
Our swine technical experts shared insights on how China has survived and adapted to the ASF situation as well as the comprehensive prevention and control strategy in Europe. Aside from good biosecurity practices on the farm, improving immunity of the herd and preventing feed contamination is also key in ASF prevention.
Additionally, we also touched on our feed additive solutions for antimicrobial reduction, sharing how improved gut health can support animal performance in the transition process of reduced antibiotics use.
